Uncle Rich My poem to Matt Carrie Maddie and Jess July 20, 2008

This little boy came into your life

Your best friend he became

For the rest of his life

One cut too short

A senseless tragedy

But God puts angels among us

And now I see

They bless our lives

With their time in this world

Love and laughter

And so much more

We are all better

For having him in our lives

We are changed forever

Now that he’s said goodbye

Make sense though we try

Oh this mysterious life

Let go and let God

She said as she cried

So play the pipes

Let the mourners come

This angel among us

His time is done

God called him home

Gone from this earthly plane

But I will pray to God

To see him again

Though my selfish heart

Wants to see him once more

I will take solace in knowing

That there’s another angel above

I will look to stars to see him there

That shining smile

Those eyes so bright

See him in the Holy Light

This angel who’s time

On this earth is done

He is our angel

He is our son

Auntie Lonnie Matt,Carrie and all of our Family July 19, 2008

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

I love you all...

Teresa & Rick Bianco Wish we could be there with you today July 19, 2008

Dear Carrie, Matt, Maddie and Jessie and all who loved Justin,

There is so little we can say, so little we can do when you have losted a loved one who has meant so much to you as Justin. But please know that you're thought of in a warm and caring way by many who are close to you and share your loss today. Wish we could be there with you today to celebrate his life here on earth. But please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

From reading what others have written he was a very very special man and will be missed so very much. Remember that we have memories to hold and love that doesn't pass away. And in time, we realize that our loved one lives on within our hearts forever until we meet them again. May your memories of Justin and all he meant to you give you strength and courage and bring you some comfort too.

One memory I have of Justin was when he was a very little boy about 3 years old. You guys brought him to our wedding in 1985. He was so darn cute! He was dancing with Carrie on the dance floor. It was just so adorable and we knew he was special even then. That is a memory I will always have of him and will treasure it forever.

We are sending our love to all of you across the miles today! Please call me when you are up to it. Please know that if you ever need anything at all I'm here for you day or night.

With Our Deepest Sympathy and

All Our Love, Teresa and Rick

I found this poem and thought I'd share it with you today.

His Journey's Just Begun

Don't think of him as gone away-

   his journey's just begun,

life holds so many facets -

   this earth is only one.

Just think of him as resting

from the sorrows and the tears

in a place of warmth and comfort

where there are no days and years.

Think how he must be wishing

   that we could know today

   how nothing but our sadness

   can really pass away.

And think of him as living

in the hearts of those he touched...

for nothing loved is ever lost -

and he was loved so much.

I graduated from Foothill with Justin and would serve him and his buddies drinks @ Red Rock Bar a long time ago.  I am praying for the family and friends who are touched by Justin because a time like this is hard for anyone to cope with.  My condolences to everyone.  God Bless you Justin and I hope there is awesome hunting and fishing up there where you are.

I met justin just before freshman year. He also played pop warner football, a year prior, with my younger brother Jeff. 3 years ago, he worked with my brother Tony at Red Lobster... he was good friends with all 3 of us.

Justin would always make me laugh and just bring life to the party surrounding us, and it still hurts a lot to think he won't be there with us. I'd always see him at UFC/Poker events held by mutual friends, and those November Saturday afternoon while I root for USC and he was rooting for the fighting Irish.

Although tomorrow is meant for a good bye and a loving memory for Justin, he will never be forgotten.  You're always with us, forever.

To Catherine and to Justin's family --

I offer my deepest condolences at the loss of your precious son.   As I viewed the gallery of pictures, I thought what a joyful and loving person he seems to have been.

May you find comfort in knowing that Justin touched the lives of so many others and gave them the gift of many happy memories.

Sincerely, Kathy Theobald

To Matt, Carrie and all the Wigham Family,
I only met Justin a couple of times and was so impressed with the young man that was before me. I can not even begin to understand the loss and sadness you must be feeling. Matt, you and your family have always held a special spot in my heart (so many great memories from many years ago in Monterey). My thoughts, love and prayers are with you all....Kip
