Воспоминания
Mom

Today I am especially thankful for Justin's encouragement and pestering me to play the bagpipe and helping me to stick with it.  It has brought so much joy, laughs, some tears and frustration, but mostly good times with amazing people.  Even when I was a wee beginner, he'd make me haul them out to play for his buds.  I sure do miss him, but every time I play he's in the back of my mind grinning from ear to ear.  Just makes me want to keep trying to get better.  Do they have bagpipe music in heaven?  Sure do hope so!  Love you Justin,
Mom

Great story

I cannot say that I knew Justin well.  I knew him as well as an older brother knows the good friend of his younger siblings.  I knew him as well as one can know the boy who he watches grow up down the street, who comes in and out of your house with the freedom and welcome of a family member, who somehow becomes imbedded in the fabric of your memories of home and growing up.  And, I guess in this, I can say I knew Justin very well.  More than this, his life is an example of how one life touches another in small but incredibly powerful ways.  Without Justin's presence in my life through association of neighborhood, and as a near brother to my own brothers my life would be entirely different.  Justin was the common thread that led me to my first job after graduating from college; a job that has become a successful career more than five years later.  More than this, it was during this same time period that he introduced me to the woman who will become my wife in less than three months.  It's amazing how the smallest of moments in one life cut too short can have such a tremendous impact on other lives as they continue into the future.  All I can say is thank you for Justin's presence in my life.  Thank you for the wonderful memories as we all grew up together, and thank you for the memories your life has afforded me for the future to come.

Hey Justin! I was thinking about the time we went camping with Nikki and Tom in Mccloud and i decided to jump off the waterfall....almost killed myself. You had to jump in and rescue me. My knee was tore and I couldn't finish out the volleyball season, but we all kept laughing about "Justin the lifeguard"...so funny. Miss you big guy!
Brittany you sister

Justin I miss you. Justine reminds me so much of you. She is always talking to someone and I know its you. My favorite memory is when we went camping one time with uncle rusty and auntie jo and i remember you saying you were gonna eat the fish eyes! I remember being grossed out!!! I love you and miss you bro! Watch over Justine, I know she knows who her uncle Justin is, she smiles everytime I say Uncle Justin!

Justin....I remember the day you were born....you were so huge compared to the other babies in the nursery.  9lbs 11oz.  Typical you though...you always stood out in a crowd.  You were always larger than life...so kind, loving, happy, joyful...that was you son.  I wish I had you to hug again...your hugs were always so warm and tender just like your heart.  Justin, you would be so proud of your little sister.  She honored you in the best way possible, she named her daughter after you - Justine.  Justine has your sweet disposition.  She is the most joyful, happy, loving baby there is.  She never cries and when she wakes up she just looks at the sky talking and smiling...Brittany and I know that she is looking at you.  We love and miss you Justin.
